In the manufacturing process of PCB Castellated hole board, routing CNC technology is the most important process, and the phenomenon of copper wire flapping and copper skin warping often occurs in the process of CNC, which causes great difficulties to the manufacturing of half-hole board.  

At the same time, there will be two times for CNC routing, namely rude CNC and precise CNC, in the production process of the whole PCB Castellated hole plated. The two routing process  are to protect the copper wire in the Castellated hole plated and ensure its quality, but the manufacturing process is relatively various, which greatly affects the production efficiency of      PCB Castellated hole plated.
